City staff administers and enforces the City's Zoning Ordinance, Comprehensive Plan, and design standards. A planning consultant assists staff on an as-needed basis. Land Use Applications are reviewed by staff and presented to the Planning Commission for public hearing and discussion. Final review and action are taken by the City Council upon receipt of the Planning Commission's recommendations and findings regarding an application.
