Swimming Beach Closed

Based on weekly water testing results, Hennepin County has recommended the closure of the Nelson Lakeside Park swimming beach until further notice due to a high bacterial count. They will be resampling beach water for re-testing regularly, and the beach will remain closed until water sample results show that the indicator organisms are within acceptable limits.
