The Stax of Long Lake redevelopment project located at the corner of Brown Road N and Wayzata Boulevard W is now complete, with Certificates of Occupancy having been issued for all seven buildings. City Hall is officially enjoying seeing new neighbors and residents move in next door! This project offers market-rate quality rental apartments with a number of amenities, including low maintenance finishes such as quartz countertops and luxury vinyl tile flooring, and washers/dryers in each unit. The Zvago Long Lake owner-occupied condominium cooperative (57 residential units) is located at 1948 Wayzata Boulevard W and offers active senior living with a wide variety of on-site amenities for their residents including a hobby/workshop room, a fitness and yoga studio, hospitality and guest suites available for owners to reserve, and a game room. A final Certificate of Occupancy was recently issued and residents have moved into the building. Please join us in welcoming them to Long Lake!
